About the role

F5 is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative fluent in Hebrew and English to join its Tel Aviv office. The role focuses on generating leads, qualifying prospects through calls and email, arranging meetings and supporting overall sales growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads in target markets.
  • Qualify prospects via phone calls, emails and market research.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team.
  • Maintain relationships from initial contact through meeting booking to contribute to long‑term revenue growth.

Required profile

  • Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in an inbound or outbound sales role.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling and building sales pipelines.
  • Ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge to convey value propositions and handle objections.

Required skills

  • Fluent Hebrew and proficient English communication.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Use of outreach tools such as Outreach.io or Groove.
