Business Development Representative - German speaking

About the role

WalkMe, an SAP company and leader in Digital Adoption, is looking for a German‑speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand its client base. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will work closely with Account Executives to create strategic outreach plans and open high‑value opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting and maintain active engagement with leads.
• Research target accounts, acquire senior‑level contacts, and map strategic plans for outreach.
• Book high‑revenue meetings for Account Executives and conduct conversations with senior executives.
• Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline with a high volume of cold calls, emails, and social selling.
• Evangelize WalkMe’s Digital Adoption platform and demonstrate its value to prospects.

Required profile

• Strong ability to build meaningful relationships with customers, prospects, and internal teams.
• Ambition for a career in technology sales and a proactive, "can‑do" attitude.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required.
