Business Development Manager

About the role

Enlight Renewable Energy is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and partnerships within the MENA region, focusing on the Israeli market. The role involves leading sales processes, building relationships with community and agricultural stakeholders, and executing cross‑company projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales processes and manage commercial and legal negotiations through to deal closure.
• Develop and lead partnerships with communities, kibbutzim, and organizations in the rural/settlement sector.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with business partners and oversee existing agreements.
• Conduct market research, identify business opportunities, and establish relationships with potential clients.
• Initiate, lead, and execute cross‑company projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or a related field.
• Experience in the solar industry and/or the agricultural/rural sector is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive processes to completion.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
• Familiarity with negotiation processes and contract agreements.
• Excellent interpersonal and assertive communication skills.
