Bookkeeper

About the role

QuantHealth is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to own day‑to‑day accounting operations and help build scalable finance processes. You will work closely with Finance leadership and other business partners to ensure accurate financial records while leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all core accounting processes, including bookkeeping, VAT, withholding tax, vendor and customer accounting, bank and credit‑card reconciliations, and payments.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual close activities: journal entries, reconciliations, supporting schedules, and consolidated financial statements across group entities.
• Own accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer billing, employee expense management, fixed‑asset accounting, and cash reconciliations.
• Coordinate payroll with external providers and ensure accurate payroll posting.
• Partner with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors and internal finance teams to maintain compliance and strong internal controls.
• Design and implement scalable accounting processes, operational best practices, and automation solutions.
• Continuously improve the finance technology stack and collaborate with FP&A and business stakeholders for better financial visibility.

Required profile

• Certified Bookkeeper (Type 2 or Type 3).
• 5+ years of hands‑on bookkeeping and accounting experience.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced startup or high‑growth environment.
