Bookkeeper – Full‑cycle Accounting Role

About the role

We are seeking an independent, hands‑on Bookkeeper to own the full‑cycle bookkeeping function for our rapidly growing oil & gas partnership. Reporting closely with the CFO and CEO, you will ensure accurate financial records up to balance‑sheet level.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full‑cycle bookkeeping, including monthly and quarterly closings, up to the balance‑sheet level.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable: invoice processing, payment preparation, and ledger reconciliations.
• Handle multi‑currency transactions (USD/ILS), perform balance revaluations and foreign‑exchange reconciliations.
• Conduct bank and credit‑card reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Prepare routine reports and payments to tax authorities.
• Compile supporting documentation for financial statements and external audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a full‑charge bookkeeper handling balance‑sheet responsibilities.
• Hands‑on experience with Priority ERP.
• Experience working with foreign currencies (USD/ILS) and balance revaluations.
• Knowledge of payroll accounting.
• Strong command of English.
• Excel proficiency is a plus.
• Type 3 bookkeeping certification is an advantage.
