About the role
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Finance team at our Ramat HaHayal office in Tel Aviv. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and supporting the cash‑flow management of the company.
Key responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and execute supplier payments via MASAV.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Conduct credit‑card reconciliations for both customers and suppliers.
- Manage incoming payments and issue customer invoices.
- Handle customer collections and follow‑up on outstanding payments.
Required profile
- A quick learner.
- Accurate and detail‑oriented.
- Service‑minded and professional.
- Highly responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Responsive, proactive, and a great team player.
Required skills
- Certified Bookkeeper – Type 1+2.
- Minimum 4 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with SAP Business One (SB1) – an advantage.
