BIM Specialist - Major Projects

About the role

Buildots is looking for a BIM Specialist to act as the bridge between the physical construction site and its AI‑driven digital platform. You will own the Digital Twin for large‑scale global projects, ensuring that the BIM data feeding the AI is accurate and actionable.

Key responsibilities

• Master the Digital Twin by managing end‑to‑end BIM models for prestigious projects.
• Integrate client models into the Buildots ecosystem, serving as the authority on AI‑model interaction.
• Detect model changes, investigate evolutions, and produce high‑level insights for operations teams.
• Innovate at the intersection of BIM and AI, continuously improving federated models and data workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 3‑4 years of hands‑on BIM experience on large projects.
• Strong English communication skills and comfort working with international teams.
• Detail‑oriented mindset, understanding that every centimeter matters in a Digital Twin.
• Passion for technology and its application to real‑world construction challenges.
