Beauty Advisor / Make‑up Artist

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor and Make‑up Artist you will combine creative and technical expertise to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while supporting high‑performing team initiatives and in‑store events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized makeup consultations and product recommendations.
• Educate customers on techniques, trends, and product usage.
• Support and help execute in‑store events and promotional activities.
• Maintain visual‑merchandising standards to differentiate the store from competitors.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale (POS) software and handle transactions.
• Work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.

Required profile

• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur‑level experience accepted if high creative and technical skill is demonstrated.
• Ability to deliver authentic, inspirational, and personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced retail environment with varied schedules.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country when invited for interview.
