Beauty Advisor / Artist

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor/Artist you will blend creative makeup expertise with technical skill to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while contributing to a high‑performing team that drives impactful in‑store events and maintains top‑tier visual merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized makeup consultations and product recommendations.
• Deliver engaging in‑store beauty events and demonstrations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to differentiate the store from competitors.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale software for transactions and inventory.
• Work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Required profile

• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur‑level experience accepted if high creative and technical ability is demonstrated.
• Ability to deliver authentic, inspirational, and personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work retail schedules and fast‑paced environments.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country when invited for interview.
