About the role

As a Beauty Advisor/Artist you will blend creative makeup expertise with technical product knowledge to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while contributing to a high‑performing team that drives in‑store events and maintains top‑tier visual merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored makeup consultations and product recommendations.
• Educate customers on product use and trends.
• Support and execute in‑store events and promotions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to differentiate the store.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale systems and handle transactions.
• Work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Required profile

• Dynamic self‑starter with a passion for people and beauty.
• Ability to deliver authentic, personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work varied retail schedules.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country.

Required skills

• Professional make‑up artistry (creative and technical expertise).
• Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
