B2B Growth Marketing Director

About the role

We are seeking a senior B2B Growth Marketing Director to build category awareness and generate qualified leads for our groundbreaking AR laptop product. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing engine, turning a novel 100‑inch virtual workspace into a tangible, desirable solution for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, paid social, Google Demand Gen, Google Search and retargeting.
• Design and implement an organic/SEO strategy to generate durable, compounding traffic.
• Architect high‑converting web funnels, write punchy copy, and create video/design assets using AI tools.
• Instrument and monitor funnel performance to reduce drop‑off and improve conversion rates (website → demo → pipeline).
• Partner with sales leadership to build, manage, and optimize hyper‑segmented HubSpot lead‑nurture flows for end‑users and IT/security buyers.
• Own top‑of‑funnel volume as a tracked metric and report on MQL generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a demand‑generation operator and website conversion optimizer in a B2B environment.
• Strong track record of building brand awareness for new product categories.
• Ability to translate complex AR technology into clear, compelling 2D messaging.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring and improving funnel metrics.
• Collaborative, fast‑paced work style aligned with a startup culture.
