B2B Account Manager

About the role

MAX Security is seeking a B2B Account Manager to own, retain, and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring long‑term relationships and client success across its intelligence and protection services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with assigned accounts, monitoring usage, handling renewals, and routing issues.
• Drive account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and delivering value‑added solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet quota targets while keeping clients highly engaged.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and convert them into active customers.
• Provide detailed pipeline and portfolio reporting to ensure precise account ownership.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in account management or customer success within B2B SaaS.
• Exposure to European and U.S. markets is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working independently and managing a sales pipeline.
• Demonstrated track record of maintaining and expanding client relationships.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
• Familiarity with sales prospecting tools like Sales Navigator.
