Automation Equipment Operator

About the role

The Automation Equipment Operator will run and maintain automated packaging machinery inside a cleanroom environment, ensuring stable, efficient, and high‑quality production. You will provide first‑line technical support, troubleshoot equipment issues, and work closely with Engineering and Maintenance teams for escalated problems.

Key responsibilities

• Operate automated packaging equipment according to work instructions and GMP requirements.
• Monitor machine performance, detect deviations, and maintain continuous production flow.
• Perform machine setup, basic calibration, and preparation for production runs.
• Provide first‑line troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, or process‑related issues and document findings.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance to resolve complex or cross‑departmental problems.
• Expand responsibilities to additional automation systems and potentially lead cleanroom operator teams.

Required profile

• Technical background with proven experience operating automated machinery.
• Experience in cleanroom environments is an advantage.
• Understanding of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems.
• Good level of English reading and writing; technical English is a plus.
