ASIC Chief Architect

About the role

We are a leading semiconductor technology company seeking an ASIC Chief Architect to drive the architecture of next‑generation System‑on‑Chip (SoC) and ASIC platforms. You will shape high‑performance compute, 6G, AI, networking, and embedded system solutions from concept through production.

Key responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end architecture of ASIC/SoC products, covering compute, memory, networking, security, and acceleration.
• Lead architectural decisions across DSP, CPU, GPU, AI/ML, packet processing, DDR, NoC, and interconnects.
• Optimize performance, power, area, and cost while analyzing workloads for hardware acceleration.
• Conduct architectural modeling, performance simulation, and capacity planning.
• Drive hardware/software co‑design, system partitioning, and collaborate with design, verification, physical design, firmware, and software teams.
• Define technology roadmaps and long‑term architectural strategy.
• Mentor architecture teams and act as the technical authority for system architecture.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor, ASIC, SoC, or processor architecture.
• Proven background with ARM, GPU, CPU, or DSP technologies.
• Strong analytical skills for workload analysis and hardware acceleration identification.
