Applied AI/ML Scientist

About the role

Beamup is seeking an experienced Applied AI/ML Scientist to design and build autonomous agentic systems that solve complex supply‑chain challenges. You will work at the core of transforming our solutions into a fully agentic platform, collaborating with engineering, product, and domain experts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous agents that generate, configure, and execute end‑to‑end analytical pipelines for supply‑chain problems.
• Architect multi‑agent workflows with planning, tool use, memory, and feedback loops to enable reasoning and adaptation.
• Integrate ML and deep‑learning models such as predictive, anomaly‑detection, and demand‑forecasting into agentic pipelines.
• Research state‑of‑the‑art techniques in agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and multi‑agent systems for production use cases.
• Define and run rigorous evaluation frameworks for agent performance, reliability, and edge‑case handling.

Required profile

• 4+ years of applied data‑science or ML experience in a product environment.
• MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record designing multi‑step agentic pipelines, including LLM‑based agents with tool use, planning loops, and memory mechanisms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and supply‑chain experts.
