About the role
Maersk is seeking an Air Operations Coordinator to manage export and import air shipments from its Tel Aviv Airport office. You will act as the main liaison between customers, terminals, carriers and internal teams, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Handle export and import air shipments, including carrier booking, follow‑up and billing.
- Maintain relationships with customers, terminals, Maersk destination offices, carriers and suppliers.
- Own the resolution of customer queries and issues throughout the shipment process.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of experience in import/export airfreight operations.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
- Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
