AI Solutions Engineer – Enterprise AI Platform

About the role

Reindeer‑AI is building an agentic AI platform that transforms complex business workflows into AI‑powered operations. As an AI Solutions Engineer you will own the technical side of the post‑sale journey, from deployment and integration to adoption and expansion, working closely with founders, product and R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers after the sale to understand workflows, operational processes and deployment requirements, translating findings into clear implementation plans.
• Partner with customers to assess data readiness, configure AI components, and integrate them into tailored, AI‑driven workflows.
• Lead end‑to‑end solution deployment, define success metrics, and drive adoption post‑launch.
• Manage integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., finance, ERP, email platforms), ensuring scalability, security and compliance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting or professional services.
• Proven experience in the Israeli enterprise market, preferably in financial services, insurance or banking.
• Strong analytical ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and excellent communication in Hebrew.
• Demonstrated capability to manage solution delivery across the full post‑sale customer lifecycle.
