AI Growth Marketer – AI‑Native Growth Hacker

About the role

Base44 is looking for an AI Growth Marketer who lives and breathes AI and can channel that expertise into high‑velocity marketing. You will work in an AI‑first environment, using tools like Claude Code and OpenClaw to design, execute, and scale growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own marketing projects end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution, using AI as the primary workbench.
• Create campaigns, landing pages, product content, and customer stories at a speed unattainable without AI fluency.
• Build custom tools, automations, and AI workflows to solve marketing challenges.
• Run rapid growth experiments across channels, testing messaging, creatives, and audiences.
• Lead product launches with Product and Growth teams, shaping positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Continuously scout emerging AI models and tools, applying them to marketing before competitors.

Required profile

• Demonstrated AI fluency with hands‑on experience using Claude Code, OpenClaw, Cursor, Replit, or similar platforms.
• Built AI‑assisted projects such as agents, automations, apps, or content systems.
• Passion for marketing with an intuition for what drives clicks, sign‑ups, and retention (formal experience a plus, not required).
• High agency and independence; able to own projects from A to Z with minimal hand‑holding.
• Strong written communication skills to simplify complex ideas and craft compelling copy.
• Comfort with fast‑moving, ambiguous environments and the ability to adapt priorities quickly.
