AI Adoption Business Partner

About the role

monday.com is building an AI Work Platform and needs an AI Adoption Business Partner to drive AI enablement for its Services and Tech Touch teams. You will work closely with these teams to identify workflow gaps, design tailored adoption programs, and deliver hands‑on training that turns AI concepts into everyday practice.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the POD Lead to design and execute AI adoption programs for Services and Tech Touch teams.
• Conduct gap analyses to uncover real blockers and create customized enablement solutions such as workshops, coaching, self‑serve tools, and micro‑learning.
• Develop enablement assets like playbooks, learning journeys, role‑based guides, and hands‑on simulations grounded in business context.
• Collaborate with the AI Builder team to commission AI‑native solutions when needed.
• Track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and iterate on programs as product‑like offerings.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Enablement, or a similar customer‑facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Deep understanding of CS and Services team operations and the ability to design varied enablement formats beyond standard courses.
• Creative builder mindset that prioritizes behavior change over default solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools and a clear view of practical AI adoption.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
