Account Manager – Public Sector Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Account Manager to join our Public Sector team, leading client relationships and driving overall business success through strategic partnerships, financial growth, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and lead the overall account strategy to ensure long‑term partnership and client satisfaction.
• Drive financial performance by monitoring account profitability, forecasts, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Oversee delivery execution by tracking KPIs, supporting delivery teams, and ensuring high service quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including delivery, recruitment, and global teams to ensure effective resource and project alignment.
• Ensure governance and operational excellence while maintaining strong communication with clients and promoting company values.

Required profile

• 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Operations, or Project Coordination, preferably in a technology or professional services environment.
• Proven experience managing ongoing client relationships.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting) – mandatory.
• Experience working with enterprise or public‑sector clients – a strong advantage.
• Basic experience in financial tracking, including budgeting, billing, collections, or account health monitoring – an advantage.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic, service‑oriented environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
