Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Shoham, responsible for managing and growing relationships with new and existing customers across the Group’s various business units and market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with key accounts and understand their needs.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, logistics and technical support.
• Monitor account performance, track orders and projects.
• Handle commercial and contractual matters.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling solutions.
• Participate in meetings, site visits and support tenders.
• Provide accurate forecasts and reports to management.

Required profile

• Strong customer relationship and account management abilities.
• Proven sales, negotiation and commercial skills in B2B environments.
• Organizational and project coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Experience in industrial, technological or healthcare sectors is a plus.
• Relevant education in business, management or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and resolving issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
