Account Manager, Dutch-speaking

About the role

eToro is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join its Nordic Desk and support Dutch‑speaking clients. You will work full‑time in a hybrid setting from Israel, delivering a high‑quality client experience across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Dutch‑speaking clients.
• Provide support via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Promote relevant eToro products and services while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
• Handle client inquiries and complex cases efficiently.
• Contribute to team growth and overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Native‑level Dutch and high‑level English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a client‑service role.
• Strong motivation, sales orientation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to diverse client profiles.
• Well‑organized, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a learning mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency with WhatsApp for business communication.
