Account Manager – Customer Success & Growth

About the role

AU10TIX is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own the end‑to‑end relationship with our enterprise customers. You will be responsible for ensuring customer success, driving adoption of our AI‑powered identity verification solutions, and expanding revenue within your portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing B2B customers.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and understand their business challenges.
• Drive retention, satisfaction, and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Identify and execute upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Monitor account health, gather feedback, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with internal product, support, and sales teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Lead regular business reviews and commercial discussions, including contract renewals.
• Provide internal teams with actionable customer insights.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client‑facing role within a B2B environment.
• Proven track record managing strategic or enterprise accounts.
• Strong commercial mindset with a history of closing renewals, upsells, and expansions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple complex accounts.

Required skills

• Experience in technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, identity verification, or fintech sectors.
• Fluent English – written and spoken.
