Account Manager – Cloud Services (Tel Aviv)

About the role

Automat-it, an AWS Premier Partner, is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of strategic customers in Israel. You will guide clients from onboarding through ongoing satisfaction, identifying opportunities to optimize costs, upsell services, and deepen the relationship with our cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify cost‑optimization, upsell, cross‑sell, renewal and dedicated DevOps/FinOps opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing accounts and achieve sales targets.
• Onboard new customers, provide training and resources for a smooth transition.
• Serve as the primary contact, understand business objectives, gather feedback and relay it to internal teams.
• Promote satisfied customers as advocates through case studies, testimonials or referrals.
• Maintain strategic vendor relations with AWS and represent Automat‑it at events and conferences.

Required profile

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Customer Engineering or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
• 2+ years selling complex public‑cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven track record of revenue generation and deal closure.
• Experience with startups or ISV companies and deep knowledge of AWS services.
• Strong ability to engage C‑level executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew.
• Presentation, organizational and fast‑paced work skills.
