Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are a Tel Aviv‑based marketing agency seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager & Content Creator to oversee client social channels, produce engaging content and support on‑site shoots. The role combines strategic planning, copywriting in Hebrew and English, and hands‑on production.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of client social media pages, including content creation, publishing and performance tracking.
• Visit clients for shooting days, gather materials and coordinate on‑site activities.
• Develop tailored content strategies aligned with each brand’s goals.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure briefs and content are aligned.
• Monitor trends, report insights to clients and internal teams, and maintain daily communication to secure missing assets.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in social media management within an agency or brand environment.
• Strong copywriting skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a fast‑paced setting.
• Background in filming/editing Reels and Stories, with knowledge of editing software.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Experience using Postiz for scheduling and management.
• Editing tools: CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
