Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

NVIDIA seeks a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join its Chip Design organization. In this strategic position you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, talent growth, and business success.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to translate priorities into people and organizational strategies.
• Lead initiatives such as organization design, workforce planning, leadership capability building, talent and succession planning, and change management.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, talent development, retention, engagement, and career growth.
• Identify capability gaps and develop targeted solutions to support evolving business needs.
• Own annual HR processes including performance reviews, talent assessments, compensation and promotion planning.
• Leverage people data and business metrics to diagnose challenges and recommend scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and cross‑functional partners to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Support hiring growth and talent acquisition by participating in interviews and candidate assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in a global, fast‑paced, complex organization.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders and influencing people decisions.
• Experience supporting engineering, R&D, hardware or semiconductor environments.
