Product Manager - Health Data

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Product Manager to lead health data onboarding for the Crossix Data Platform. In this role you will act as the bridge between internal technical teams and external data partners, ensuring high‑quality data enters the Veeva Compass and Crossix Analytics suites.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own health data onboarding processes, creating user stories, functional specifications, and data dictionaries.
• Manage release and sprint planning for onboarding features, prioritize work, and mitigate technical risks.
• Define and monitor key quality metrics, dashboards, and continuous‑improvement roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Data Partnerships, Engineering, QA, Data Operations, and Product Management to deliver high‑quality data products.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies with external partners, ensuring data specifications are met.
• Build expertise on inbound data types such as prescriptions, medical claims, and EHR.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience managing communications with high‑profile US customers.
• 5+ years project‑management experience.
• 3+ years working on data pipelines, ETL/ELT design, and analytics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to influence without authority.
• Proficiency in English and a relevant BA/MA/BSc/MSc degree.
