About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to cover a maternity leave at Deloitte’s headquarters in Tel Aviv. The role supports the entire firm by handling procurement activities, ensuring timely and accurate service under pressure.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide fast, accurate procurement support to all business units while multitasking in a high‑pressure environment.
  • Interact directly with employees and senior managers to understand their needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Source suppliers, obtain and compare quotations, negotiate terms, and manage contracts.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end procurement process using SAP, from requisition to order fulfillment.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, including service procurement, negotiations and contract management.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

Required skills

  • SAP procurement module.
  • Microsoft Office applications.
