Physical Design Engineer – 3‑Month Training Program

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Physical Design Engineer to join Annapurna Labs’ cutting‑edge semiconductor team. You will participate in a three‑month intensive training program that covers the full backend design flow from RTL to GDS, working on the next‑generation cloud computing platforms that power Amazon Web Services.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a structured three‑month training program focused on RTL‑to‑GDS backend development.
• Gain hands‑on experience with industry‑leading physical design tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout the chip development cycle.
• Contribute to the design and verification of semiconductor products for large‑scale cloud infrastructure.
• Apply AI‑driven techniques to improve design efficiency and performance.

Required profile

• BSc in Electrical or Computer Engineering (final‑year student or recent graduate).
• Available to work full‑time on site.
• Strong passion for technological innovation and rapid learning.

Required skills
