Operations Support Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to join TCS Israel’s global team that maintains and supports internal financial systems. The role provides first‑level incident handling, bridges communication between business and technical teams, and ensures timely resolution in line with service‑level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and provide first‑level support for incidents and service requests within an internal financial system.
• Translate incidents, tickets, and business communications between Hebrew and English.
• Accurately log, categorize, prioritize, and analyze incidents according to established procedures.
• Manage incidents throughout their full lifecycle, from intake to resolution and closure.
• Monitor open incidents to ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance.
• Escalate incidents when necessary and coordinate with local and global teams.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing status updates on incident progress.
• Understand incident content, classifications, and suggested resolutions to ensure proper handling and routing.
• Quickly learn and apply relevant business, financial, and technical terminology.

Required profile

• Excellent English (spoken and written).
• Fluent Hebrew (spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High learning capability and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
