Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our HR & Operations team at QuantHealth, an AI‑driven clinical‑trial simulation company. The role combines office management, people operations and cross‑functional support to ensure a smooth, safe and engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise office maintenance, grocery, repairs and services to keep the workspace clean, secure and functional.
• Manage office equipment, technology needs, supplies and inventory.
• Oversee the full employee life‑cycle, handling onboarding and off‑boarding procedures.
• Plan and execute company events, holidays, birthdays and other celebrations.
• Coordinate travel logistics, including flights and accommodations for team members.
• Provide administrative assistance to co‑founders for meetings and conferences.
• Collaborate with finance to process invoices, track expenses, manage office budgets and compile attendance reports for payroll.
• Maintain organized company records and filing systems.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in operations, office management or people‑operations roles.
• Professional and emotional intelligence when handling personal information.
• Trustworthy, approachable and able to create a comfortable environment.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive “can‑do” attitude and ability to work independently.
• Quick learner with adaptability and fluency in written and spoken English.
