Lab Engineer – Server Infrastructure (Linux)

About the role

Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) is looking for a skilled Server Lab Engineer to join the AWS Utility Computing organization. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Linux‑based server infrastructure that supports a wide range of AWS services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Linux servers, including installation, configuration, and performance optimization.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for server hardware, software, and networking components.
• Manage network services such as DHCP, PXE, and other critical infrastructure components.
• Assist in designing, planning, and implementing network infrastructure, including switches and related equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliability and performance of the lab environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of lab policies, procedures, and best practices.

Required profile

• Skilled and experienced Server Lab Engineer.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Willingness to stay up‑to‑date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Required skills
