Creative Growth Lead

About the role

PointFive is looking for a hands‑on Creative Growth Lead to design, build and launch viral campaigns that put the company at the centre of conversations about AI infrastructure and cloud cost. You will turn rough concepts from leadership into shareable experiences and own the entire creative process from idea to distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Invent and ship campaigns, games, competitions, tools, videos and interactive experiences that drive buzz, shares and follower growth.
• Translate PointFive research into stories that engineers, executives and press repeat.
• Make customers, partners and practitioners the heroes of content so they voluntarily promote it.
• Give PointFive a distinctive voice across LinkedIn, Reddit, community forums and events.
• Run fast experiments, keep what works and discard what doesn’t without drama.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building an audience from scratch (newsletter, community, side‑project, meetup, etc.).
• Deep familiarity with online platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, memes and community dynamics.
• Experience creating content that people voluntarily share, with examples you can point to.
• Comfort with frequent experiment failure and a hunger to own breakout work.

Required skills

• Ability to code (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to ship landing pages, leaderboards or small interactive tools.
• Knowledge of cloud, FinOps, developer tools and AI infrastructure concepts.
