Content & Community Lead – AI & Growth

About the role

We are looking for our next Content & Community Lead – AI & Growth. In this role you will shape the content and community strategy across Zap Group’s flagship platforms, focusing on Zap Legal and Zap Doctors. You will create high‑impact B2B content, turn passive search traffic into active digital communities, and leverage generative AI to boost engagement and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute community architecture that converts passive users into active members, managing expert‑to‑user dynamics in sensitive domains.
• Develop and write empathetic, high‑converting B2B guides, articles and branded content for business clients, patients and legal seekers.
• Integrate advanced generative AI tools into daily workflows to build scalable content chains, automate processes and repurpose information into micro‑community content.
• Align community activity and content creation with business goals, analysing metrics to optimise conversion rates and user retention.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, community management or digital growth, preferably with high‑traffic portals or sensitive domains such as health or law.
• Proven track record of driving user engagement, moderating Q&A sessions and connecting users with experts.
• Hands‑on expertise in prompt engineering and implementing AI tools to scale content production.
• Strong background in B2B copywriting, SEO and digital audience engagement.
• Excellent written communication, empathy and strategic vision in a fast‑paced environment.
