Vice President of Human Resources

About the role

Chamelio, an AI‑native legal intelligence platform, is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join its leadership team. Reporting to the CEO in the US, the VP HR will shape and execute the global people strategy as the company scales across Israel, the US and future markets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with founders and executive leaders to align people decisions with business priorities.
• Design and implement a global HR strategy covering organizational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and career development.
• Build and lead a high‑performing, multi‑location HR organization.
• Oversee headcount planning and recruitment to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop scalable systems for performance reviews, promotions, and employee engagement.
• Manage compensation, benefits, employee relations, and day‑to‑day HR operations across all sites.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in HR, people, or organizational leadership, preferably in high‑growth technology companies.
• Proven track record scaling an international tech organization from early growth to expansion.
• Experience working directly with CEOs and executive teams on strategic initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on in a fast‑moving environment.
