Technical Recruiter

About the role

Join the fast‑growing technology recruitment team of Experis Israel and help connect top talent with leading hi‑tech companies, start‑ups, and security firms. You will work on end‑to‑end recruitment processes, collaborating directly with hiring managers and guiding candidates through every stage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles, from job posting to candidate placement.
• Source and identify accurate candidates for technical positions.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and write assessment reports.
• Partner with technology managers across hi‑tech, start‑up, and security sectors.
• Accompany both candidates and clients throughout all recruitment phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Experience in service, sales, or recruitment roles is a strong advantage.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Ability to work onsite in Tel Aviv, located on a main train line.
