About the role

ProdActive is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross‑organization projects within the healthcare sector. This hybrid, full‑time position will act as the central point of contact for project timelines, resources, and successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scopes and objectives with all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Serve as liaison between clients, design teams, and development professionals.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to guarantee flawless project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and adjust plans to meet changing requirements.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and scope, using verification techniques to manage changes.
• Perform risk management and report status to senior management.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing projects in high‑tech or technological companies, preferably in the medical or health‑tech domain.
• Knowledge of regulatory and review processes specific to medical products.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
