Supply Chain Planner – Semiconductor

About the role

We are looking for a highly effective Supply Chain Planner to manage a semiconductor supply chain that spans multiple products. The role combines production planning with New Product Introduction (NPI) responsibilities and requires close collaboration with internal and external cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own production plans for multiple production lines and balance capacity between NPI and volume production.
• Communicate daily with suppliers, provide direction, and manage material movements across foundries, assembly/test houses, and contract manufacturers.
• Lead NPI projects from concept to production, including strategic supplier selection, qualification planning, pilot builds, and BOM availability.
• Analyze constraints, develop mitigation plans, and report status and available‑to‑promise to leadership.
• Collect and analyze supply‑chain data, maintain KPIs and dashboards, and develop long‑term supply strategies and contingency plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, supply chain management, engineering or a related technical field.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers and willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with fabless semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to manage NPI projects and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical skills for supply‑chain data analysis and KPI reporting.
