Spare Parts Integration Engineer

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is looking for a Spare Parts Integration Engineer in Migdal Ha-emek. The engineer builds and qualifies spare parts for the semiconductor industry and implements integration processes for multidisciplinary tools covering optics, computers, electronics and mechanics.

Key responsibilities

• Build and qualify spare parts for the semiconductor industry.
• Implement integration processes for optics, computers, electronics and mechanics tools.
• Manage inventory and test spare parts to verify their quality and performance.
• Debug and troubleshoot spare-part performance issues and disqualify parts as needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure on-time shipment and interface with Engineering on packaging and packing processes.
• Work in a clean-room environment about 40% of the time.
• Drive end-to-end on-time delivery, respond to urgent global customer needs and make supplier disqualification and scrap decisions in line with ISO compliance.

Required profile

• Practical engineer in opto-mechanical or electrical fields.
• Strong hands-on technical skills and broad technical system understanding.
• Proven mechanical and manufacturing experience reading technical mechanical and electrical diagrams.
• Prior experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English.
• Good attention to detail, analytical problem-solving and strong communication with colleagues.
