Software Developer – AI & HR Automation

About the role

Check Point is seeking an innovative Software Developer to join its HR organization and lead the creation of AI‑powered solutions that transform HR operations. The role blends software engineering, artificial intelligence, and automation while working closely with HR stakeholders to improve productivity and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI‑driven internal applications, HR assistants, copilots and workflow automations.
• Build secure web applications and APIs that integrate with HR systems and internal data sources.
• Integrate Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI services, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph and related enterprise technologies.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Rapidly prototype ideas using modern AI‑assisted development practices.
• Ensure all solutions comply with security, privacy, governance and compliance standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities to eliminate manual work through automation.
• Maintain clear documentation and deliver production‑ready, maintainable code.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building modern web applications and enterprise solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with AI technologies, large language models, copilots or intelligent automation.
• Proven ability to integrate multiple systems via APIs and deliver solutions from concept to production.
• Strong security mindset and professionalism when handling confidential HR data.
