Site Manager – Proton Therapy Center

About the role

As Site Manager you will lead the start‑up and ongoing maintenance of a state‑of‑the‑art Proton Therapy centre in Tel‑Aviv. You will be responsible for coordinating all on‑site activities, ensuring technical performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~10 engineers during installation and maintenance phases.
• Coordinate site activities, set project priorities and manage logistics, supplies and storage.
• Ensure contract scope is met regarding compliance, technical performance, schedule and budget.
• Establish quality processes, control procedures and maintain documentation.
• Prepare budget reports, document activities and drive improvement plans.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and supervise all HR tasks for the team.
• Promote a high‑performance culture and motivate staff.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electro‑mechanics or Mechanics) or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership and people‑management skills in an industrial environment.
• Solid technical experience with Proton Therapy systems or related subsystems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Result‑driven, customer‑oriented and capable of autonomous decision‑making.
• Willingness to travel extensively during a ~6‑month training period.
