Site Engagement Liaison

About the role

ICON plc is seeking a Site Engagement Liaison to strengthen relationships with clinical trial sites and support the delivery of innovative therapies. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for investigators, coordinators and research staff, ensuring study protocols are followed and regulatory standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators and research staff at clinical trial sites.
• Provide guidance on study protocols, procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and performance through regular communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored site‑engagement strategies for each study.
• Monitor site performance metrics and report updates to study teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CRA/Sr. CRA, preferably with CTM experience.
• Proven experience in site management, start‑up activities, monitoring, conduct and close‑out.
• Strong knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in relevant countries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ICH‑GCP guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
