About the role

Oak is building an AI‑native Identity Operating System that secures the fastest‑moving attack surface in enterprises. As a Senior Product Security Researcher you will turn deep identity‑security expertise into actionable intelligence that powers the core of Oak’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end research from hypothesis generation to production‑ready risk models and security content.
• Analyze real‑world identity data to uncover emerging attack patterns across human, machine and AI agents.
• Design and implement the analytical engine that scores, governs and secures fragmented identity signals.
• Publish original research, thought‑leadership pieces and technical findings to shape industry understanding of identity risk.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate research outcomes into the live platform.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in identity and security research, preferably in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear risk insights.
• Experience publishing research or technical content for security practitioners.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of identity access management concepts and attack vectors.
• Experience with security research methodologies and threat modeling.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven security analytics is a plus.
