About the role
Join Global Payments' Como team as a Senior Product Manager, driving the strategy and delivery of customer engagement SaaS solutions for a worldwide payments leader.
Key responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to prioritize features and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify innovation opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and monitor product performance metrics to guide continuous improvement.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of product management experience delivering successful SaaS products.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
