Senior Product Manager – AI-native Identity Platform

About the role

Oak is building an AI‑native Identity Operating System and seeks a senior product manager to own a core domain of the platform. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will translate customer insights into market‑ready identity solutions and drive the product from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Own a product domain end‑to‑end, delivering a shipped, market‑ready capability.
• Conduct structured discovery through customer interviews, analyst engagement and IAM/IGA consultant input.
• Map competitive landscape across identity governance, NHI management and related security tools.
• Define product strategy and roadmap based on market evidence and Oak’s identity graph data.
• Partner with R&D throughout the build cycle, shaping requirements, reviewing designs and managing trade‑offs.
• Collaborate with go‑to‑market teams to craft positioning, enable sales and marketing, and feed field feedback into the roadmap.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, delivering features that solve security or compliance challenges.
• Strong technical fluency to work closely with engineering on identity, access and security concepts.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, synthesize findings and make evidence‑based prioritization decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to align cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
