Senior Microsoft Sysadmin – Active Directory & Office 365

About the role

We are looking for a senior Microsoft Sysadmin to manage and support our Active Directory and Office 365 environments, ensuring performance, availability and security across multiple sites in Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory in sync with Entra ID.
• Administer Office 365 services with a focus on SharePoint Online, Teams and Exchange Online.
• Implement and monitor authentication solutions, including SSO and conditional access.
• Maintain users, groups, computer objects and Group Policy.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server performance and network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, LAN, WAN).
• Provide second‑level support for Microsoft infrastructure incidents.
• Apply security patches and enhancements across all environments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience operating Active Directory and Entra ID in a large enterprise.
• Proven track record supporting Office 365, SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for Office 365 automation.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, LAN, WAN).
• Security‑oriented mindset with experience applying fixes and hardening Windows servers.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
