Senior Brand & Marketing Designer

About the role

Hyro, a leader in responsible AI agents for healthcare, is seeking a Senior Brand & Marketing Designer to shape and expand its visual identity across multiple channels. You will create compelling brand experiences that support the company’s mission to deliver HIPAA‑compliant AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine Hyro’s visual identity for campaigns, web properties, and customer communications.
• Design high‑quality marketing assets such as websites, landing pages, decks, reports, case studies, event materials, videos, and digital ads.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual experiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent design across all touchpoints.
• Create and maintain scalable visual systems, brand guidelines, and motion language, leveraging AI design tools.
• Manage external creative vendors to uphold brand standards.
• Lead website design infrastructure, including information architecture, navigation, and page creation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of design experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with healthcare exposure.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative branding, visual storytelling, and motion design.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and influence design processes.
