Senior AI Product Manager (Builder)

Brandlight is the leading enterprise AI visibility platform helping top brands manage their presence across AI‑driven search, commerce and advertising. As a Senior AI Product Manager you will own product strategy and execution for a core domain, turning customer insights into shipped, adopted solutions that move business metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product strategy and execution, from problem framing to launch and measurement.
• Deeply research customers, competitors and market dynamics to inform evidence‑based product bets.
• Prioritize rigorously and build a transparent decision‑making system trusted across the company.
• Drive fast, precise delivery with tight specs, aggressive scoping and zero ambiguity.
• Validate ideas early, kill concepts when data disagrees, and tie every initiative to a measurable business metric.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 2–3 years as a senior/lead PM in B2B.
• Proven end‑to‑end ownership of products that deliver business impact.
• Strong product sense, customer empathy and outcome‑focused mindset.
• Excellent prioritization and ability to make high‑impact trade‑offs.
• Clear communicator who writes sharp specs and keeps teams aligned.

Required skills

• Technical fluency in software architecture, data and AI/ML.
• Experience working closely with R&D and engineering teams.
