SEM Marketing Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Growth Commerce is looking for a performance‑driven SEM Marketing Analyst to own and scale Google Search and Bing campaigns for multiple consumer brands. You will manage the full acquisition funnel, from keyword research and ad copy to landing‑page alignment, using data to improve CAC, ROI, and overall campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize high‑performance Google Search and Bing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and ensure landing‑page alignment across brands.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to craft conversion‑focused messaging.
• Test new bidding strategies, targeting options, and campaign structures.
• Manage budgets responsibly while driving efficient CAC and ROI.

Required profile

• Performance‑minded marketer who lives in the numbers.
• Proactive, clear communicator comfortable managing multiple campaigns.
• At least 1 + year of hands‑on PPC experience with Google Search.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
