About the role
Webbee Digital, a B2B marketing agency, is looking for a full‑time Sales Development Representative to join its SDR team. Working in a hybrid model with two days per week on site in Haifa, you will help generate qualified sales meetings for multiple B2B clients through LinkedIn and outbound outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Engage potential customers via written outreach and cold calling.
- Manage conversations, address objections, and nurture leads.
- Convert relevant prospects into qualified sales meetings for client accounts.
- Collaborate with account teams to ensure lead quality and alignment with client goals.
- Utilise LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify and target decision‑makers.
Required profile
- Strong communication and sales abilities.
- Excellent Hebrew and good English proficiency.
- Experience in sales or client‑facing roles, preferably B2B.
- Comfortable handling rejection and working against targets.
- Motivated, organised, and results‑oriented.
